JOB OVERVIEW

**VA POSITION — SPANISH-BILINGUAL OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE**
Apex Health Holdings LLC | Remote (Philippines) | Arizona Hours

We're hiring a Spanish-bilingual VA to support our Arizona healthcare operations. This is a full-time remote role built for someone who's done this before, works clean, and doesn't need hand-holding.

**SCHEDULE**
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Arizona Time (MST, no daylight saving). That's 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT. This is a fixed overnight shift — apply only if you can commit to it.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Spanish-language intake calls and family communication (bilingual, professional level)
- Outreach to agencies, DSP candidates, and referral contacts
- Credentialing support — collecting documents, tracking expirations, AHCCCS compliance
- Scheduling across multiple service lines (GoHighLevel CRM)
- Billing entry, authorization verification, and AR tracking
- Weekly ops reports and inbox management for the principal

**WHAT WE NEED**
- Professional Spanish AND English — both written and spoken. You will be screened.
- 2+ years VA experience with a US-based employer
- Healthcare, IDD, DSP staffing, or behavioral health background strongly preferred
- GoHighLevel CRM experience a plus
- Google Workspace, Excel, Zoom — standard

**PAY**
Base: $200–$400 USD/month depending on experience
Bonus: Performance bonus paid monthly based on KPI achievement — outreach volume, credentialing completion, billing timeliness, and report delivery. Top performers earning at 95%+ of KPIs qualify for the maximum bonus tier. Details provided at offer.
