Role: Video Editor for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, & Long-Form YouTube.
Apps: Must have CANVA and or Canva Pro to use certain templates
Time: 2 hours/day for 1 week (trial period)
Pay: Hourly during trial, with potential for ongoing project-based or hourly work

Hey there!

I’m a U.S.-based real estate agent with a vault of raw video content — and zero time to edit. I currently have cap cut pro, captions.ai and Canva Pro but dont want to spend my time editing as Im in sales. I’m looking for a versatile, modern editor who knows how to turn clips into content that performs on:

Instagram

YouTube Shorts

Long-form YouTube

TikTok

???? Important: I’m not looking for overly produced “Alex Hormozi-style” edits.
I want clean, polished, attention-holding videos that still feel real and personal. I pay for a real estate marketing coach and they have weekly templates (we can not sell or share as our own) I also pay for so there is always something to make

???? What You’ll Do:

Edit short-form and long-form videos from my existing footage

Preferable use (Canva is a must) and CapCut Pro, Captions AI, would be ideal)

Add clean captions, transitions, B-roll, and background music

Create YouTube thumbnails that stand out without looking spammy

Help bring to life video formats like:

Lip sync Reels

Talking head/educational content

Neighborhood tours

Local business features

Hiking/drone footage

Property walkthroughs

? You’re a Fit If:

You’ve edited both short-form and long-form content

You can create custom YouTube thumbnails (using Canva or similar)

You understand video hooks, pacing, and platform-native editing styles

You’ve edited for real estate agents before (preferred, not required)

You’re fast, responsive, detail-oriented, and open to feedback

I’ll be hiring 2–3 editors, each working 2 hours/day for 1 week
