JOB OVERVIEW

We are Fraser and Stefanie, an online business couple based in the Canary Islands. We run two distinct online businesses and we are building our content presence seriously in 2026. We are looking for a talented, reliable and creative part-time video editor to become a long-ter ---------- mber of our small team.

This is not a one-off project. We want to find the right person and build a lasting working relationship with them.

**The Two Brands You Will Be Editing For**

**Brand 1 — Stefanie's Anxiety Coaching**
Stefanie is an energy healing coach and author of *Adios Anxiety*, a programme and book designed to help women overcome anxiety. Content for this brand includes Reels featuring Stefanie talking to camera, combined with stock footage, text overlays, and graphics. This brand has existing colours, fonts and logo that must be respected consistently. The tone is warm, empowering and professional.

**Brand 2 — Fraser & Stefanie Lifestyle / Enagic**
This is our joint lifestyle and education brand showing how we live and work online from the Canary Islands — our villa, travelling in our Mustang and motorhome, and the freedom that working online creates. Raw footage will include drone footage, Insta360 camera footage, and day-in-the-life style video. The tone is aspirational, motivational and authentic. This brand drives traffic toward our Enagic business opportunity.

**What You Will Be Editing Each Month**

- 10 Reels for Stefanie's anxiety coaching brand
- 10 Reels for the Fraser & Stefanie lifestyle/Enagic brand
- 4 YouTube videos (approximately 15 minutes finished length, raw footage 20–30 minutes)

**Total: approximately 24 pieces of content per month**

**What We Need From You**

- Captions and subtitles burned into every Reel as standard
- Royalty-free music selected by you to fit the mood of each piece (we have final approval)
- Clean, engaging cuts with text overlays and graphics where appropriate
- Ability to incorporate stock footage where needed alongside our raw footage
- Turnaround of 48–72 hours per piece where possible
- Footage will be delivered to you via Google Drive
- You must be able to handle two visually distinct brands and keep them separate and consistent

**You Are The Right Person If You:**

- Have solid experience editing Reels and YouTube content specifically
- Are confident with captions, motion graphics, text overlays and colour grading
- Can work with drone footage and Insta360 footage
- Have a strong eye for pacing, music selection and storytelling
- Are self-managing, reliable and communicate proactively
- Can work to deadlines without needing to be chased
- Have a portfolio or examples of previous Reels and YouTube edits you can share

**Software**
We are open to your preferred editing software — Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar. Please tell us what you use.

**Hours & Compensation**
This is a part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week. Salary is **$600 per month**, paid monthly. This is a long-term position and we treat our tea ---------- mbers well.
