We are looking for a reliable long-term video editor to help produce consistent short-form content (Instagram Reels / TikTok).
This is a part-time, ongoing role with steady monthly work.
We produce approximately 50–60 reels per month and need an editor who can deliver consistent quality, especially in color grading, along with clean, fast-paced edits.

Our top priority is color quality and consistency.
Many editors can cut clips — we are specifically looking for someone who can:
Match color across different clips
Maintain natural skin tones
Deliver a clean, professional, brand-level look
If your color grading is not strong, this role will not be a good fit.
Workload:
~50–60 short-form videos per month
Flexible schedule (daily or batch work)
~20–40 hours per month
What You’ll Be Doing:
Editing short-form videos (15–45 seconds)
Matching style and pacing of reference videos
Syncing footage to audio
Adding captions and light motion
Ensuring consistent, high-quality color across all clips
Editing & Color Style Requirements:

Clean, natural, professional color
Consistent look across all clips
Proper exposure and contrast
Natural skin tones (not over-saturated or washed out)
No heavy LUTs or “filter” look
Requirements:
Experience editing Reels / TikTok / Shorts
Strong understanding of color correction & grading
Ability to maintain consistent look across multiple videos
Reliable and responsive communication
Able to deliver consistently each week
Turnaround Expectations:
24–48 hour turnaround per batch
Consistent delivery (no long delays)
Compensation:
$10–$15 per reel
Consistent monthly workload

We will provide:
Raw footage
A reference video
You will be paid $15–$25 to complete a test edit.

We are building a long-term relationship with a reliable editor.
If you perform well, this will become ongoing monthly work with consistent volume.
