JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time Video Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro Required)
Remote | 10–25 hrs/week | Ongoing Work Available

I run a growing creative studio producing short-form content for creators and brands. I’m looking for a skilled, detail-oriented video editor who can deliver clean, professional edits consistently.

This is not beginner work.

Responsibilities:

* Edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts)
* Match provided references and pacing precisely
* Deliver clean audio (balanced levels, no sync errors)
* Add captions and light motion elements
* Deliver organized Premiere project files
* Meet deadlines consistently

Required:

* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
* Portfolio of short-form edits
* Understanding of pacing and retention
* Clean export workflow
* Reliable communication

Experience in DaVinci Resolve for color is a plus, but not required.

Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.

This role is not a fit if:

* You miss deadlines
* You require heavy supervision
* You cannot follow references precisely
* You do not double-check audio and exports
* You are looking for creative control instead of execution

Trial Process:

We will begin with a paid trial batch to evaluate technical quality, speed, communication, and alignment with style.
