JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, we need one careful, consistent person to be with us long-term, not for a one-off project. If you do this well, the role grows and so does the pay.

The work, honestly described

It's repetitive. Some people hate that; some people find it satisfying. I need the second kind.

Every week you will:

Register accounts on platforms from a list I give you - sign up, verify the email, fill in the profile exactly as the SOP specifies, save the credentials in our password manager.

Create content with AI - I give you the prompts and the standard operating procedure. You run them, then you check the output against the source data. If the AI invents something or the output doesn't match the SOP, you fix it or flag it. You never publish something you haven't checked.

Update our Google Sheets - status, dates, URLs, notes, in the exact format the template uses

Everything is documented. You'll never have to guess. But you do have to follow the document exactly the value of this whole database is that every row was done the same way.

What I need from you

- Experience creating accounts or submitting listings/citations in bulk. You should know what to do when a site sends a verification code or blocks a signup.
- Experience following written SOPs, and comfort saying "the SOP doesn't cover this" instead of improvising
- Good Google Sheets skills - filters, sorting, data validation, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP
- You've used ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for work before, and you understand that AI output has to be checked
- Good written English - you don't need to be a writer, but you need to spot when a sentence is wrong
- Reliable schedule, with a few hours overlapping European (GMT+3)
- You tell me when you're stuck and something can be improved

Nice to have: SEO knowledge, password manager experience, Loom, Airtable or Notion.
