JOB OVERVIEW

If you are the person who always spots the typo, the wrong date, or the broken link, read all of this.

We run six local newsletters and Instagram accounts in the US. Our drafts are written by automation. We need one careful person to check everything before it goes out, and to email our sponsors professionally.

What you will do

Checking
- Check each newsletter draft before it sends: names, dates, cities, links, images
- Check each sponsor ad against what the sponsor sent us
- Tell us early when something is late, missing, or unclear

Sponsor emails
- Email each ad to the sponsor for approval, in clear and professional English
- Make the changes they ask for, quickly and exactly, and send the updated version back
- Get their approval in writing before anything runs
- Follow up politely when a sponsor has not replied and the deadline is close

Instagram
- Build one Instagram carousel per account each weekday from our templates

Do not apply if
- Small mistakes do not bother you
- You are not comfortable emailing US business owners directly
- You cannot work 5 hours every weekday, with 4 of them between 8 PM and 4 AM Philippine time
- You do not have backup power and backup internet
- You plan to pass the work to someone else
- You plan to use AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other) to write your application

What you get
- $1,000-$1,300 USD per month for 25 hours a week, paid every two weeks through Wise
- Long-term work with one owner, clear written processes, and room to grow
- A fast decision. Final interviews are Sunday, October 4 at 10 PM Philippine time, and paid trials start Wednesday.

No AI in your application
Write every answer yourself. We compare your written answers to what you write live in the final interview. If they do not match, or any answer is AI-written, you are disqualified.

To apply
1. Complete this form: ----------
2. Then apply here with the subject: CHECKED - [your first name]

Applications without the form and the subject line are not reviewed. If you are moving forward you will hear from us by Sunday morning Philippine time. Please do not follow up.
