JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage daily social media posting across multiple accounts.

All accounts and phones are already set up. Your job is to remotely access the devices, make minor edits to pre-made content, and publish posts according to our daily schedule. We use Tailscale for remote device access, so you will need to be comfortable installing and using Tailscale to connect to our devices.

Responsibilities
- Post 1-2 pieces of content per day across multiple social media accounts
- Make simple edits before posting (such as adding text, selecting audio/music, and following posting guidelines)
- Connect to our devices remotely using Tailscale (setup and training provided)
- Follow posting schedules and instructions carefully
- Report any issues with accounts or devices
- Confirm when daily tasks have been completed

Requirements
- Computer or laptop (Windows or Mac)
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Willing to install and use Tailscale for remote device access
- Good English communication
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
- Available during Pacific Time (PST) hours
- Social media experience is a plus but not required

Hours & Pay
- Part-time, daily tasks typically take less than 1 hour to complete
- Starting pay: $3 USD/hour
- Opportunity for increased hours and pay based on performance

Strong performers will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, including creating social media content, managing more accounts, additional marketing tasks, and increased pay/hours.
