JOB OVERVIEW

We're Twisted Pine Cattle Co., a small company in Fort Worth, Texas. We make maiGrex, a record-keeping app for cattle ranchers. A rancher takes a photo of an animal, says the ear tag number and a short description out loud, and the app saves it to that animal's history. The app opens to the public in November 2026.

We're building a small content team. We need one person to publish our posts and look after the people who comment and message us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Schedule and publish about 3 posts per week on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, following a content calendar from our US marketing strategist
- Write and edit short captions in clear, plain American English
- Check comments and messages every weekday and reply within one business day, using approved answers
- Pass questions you can't answer to our team in Slack
- Hide or report spam
- Track basic numbers each month (reach, followers, clicks, messages) in a simple report

IMPORTANT: maiGrex keeps records. It does not diagnose animals or give health advice. If someone comments or messages about a sick or injured animal, you do not answer the health question. You reply with our approved message telling them to contact their veterinarian, and you flag it to us.

THE STYLE WE WANT
Our audience is American ranchers. They trust plain talk and real people. No hype, no startup words, no emojis in every line. Replies should sound friendly, polite and short.

WHAT WE NEED
- At least 2 years managing business social media accounts
- Strong written English, close to native, for captions and replies
- Experience with Meta Business Suite or another scheduling tool
- Experience handling comments and messages for a business page
- Good judgment about when to answer and when to pass something to us
- Available for a short call with our US team 2 to 3 times a week during US Central morning hours (Philippine evening)

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with US clients
- Experience with Facebook Groups and community pages
- Spanish. Many ranchers in South Texas speak Spanish.
- Any farm, ranch or rural background

HOW WE WORK
