ABOUT SUNLAKE CARDS
Sunlake Cards helps people celebrate birthdays, special occasions, and everyday connections through digital greeting cards and invitations. Our cards are currently free and have no watermark.

We are looking for a creative, organized social media professional to manage our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube content.

Our main goal is to attract people in the United States and Canada who will visit ---------- and use it to send cards. We also want to grow a relevant audience and make our social pages attractive, useful, and consistent.

YOUR ROLE
You will take ownership of content ideas, planning, creation, and performance improvement. You should enjoy suggesting new approaches and explaining why they could work.

You will have creative freedom within our brand guidelines. Content and profile changes require approval before publication.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop content ideas around birthdays, celebrations, holidays, invitations, and thoughtful reasons to send a card.
- Plan and create two original content pieces per weekday: at least one short-form video, plus a static post, carousel, or second video.
- Use real Sunlake cards and website recordings to create engaging product demonstrations and promotional content.
- Write compelling opening hooks, clear captions, and relevant calls to action.
- Adapt and publish approved videos across Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Adapt other content formats for the platforms where they fit.
- Maintain an organized content calendar and submit content in batches for approval.
- Improve profile presentation through consistent covers, bios, highlights, and pinned content.
- Monitor comments and messages within agreed working hours, answer routine questions using approved information, and escalate other inquiries.
- Review performance weekly and recommend practical content experiments.
- Keep final exports and editable project files organized and accessible.

WORKLOAD AND WORKING STYLE
Our starting target is 10 original content pieces per week, including five videos. Cross-platform versions are adaptations of those pieces, not separate original concepts.

We expect efficient batching, reusable templates, and straightforward production using existing Sunlake assets. During the paid assessment and first month, we will confirm what fits within the agreed hours.

All planning, editing, revisions, scheduling, community management, and reporting count toward paid working time. Any increase in hours or scope will be agreed together.

You may request additional brand materials or recordings. Appearing on camera is welcome but not required. This role focuses on organic social content and short-form video.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Demonstrated experience creating content for business social media accounts.
- A portfolio showing short-form video editing and static or carousel design.
- Proficiency with CapCut, Edits, or comparable video-editing software.
- Proficiency with Canva or a comparable design tool.
- Strong written English and an understanding of content for US and Canadian audiences.
- Good judgment about hooks, storytelling, pacing, captions, and calls to action.
- A clean, polished visual style that feels warm, thoughtful, and modern.
- Experience planning, scheduling, and adapting content across social platforms.
- Ability to interpret basic performance data and turn findings into new ideas.
- Reliable communication, organization, and openness to feedback.

HELPFUL ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Driving website visits or product usage through organic social content.
- Microsoft Clarity, tracked campaign links, or website conversion reporting.
- Content for consumer products, celebrations, lifestyle brands, or digital services.
- Creating authentic product demonstrations from screen recordings.

BRAND AND CONTENT STANDARDS
Use authentic Sunlake cards and accurate product screens. Promotional claims must reflect approved product information.

Use original or appropriately licensed assets and music. We value relevant audience growth and authentic engagement. Purchased followers, artificial engagement, and misleading claims are not acceptable.

HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED
We will review:
- Consistent delivery of accurate, high-quality content.
- Website visits from relevant US and Canadian audiences.
- Completed card sends attributable to tracked organic social traffic.
- Relevant follower growth and useful engagement.
- Learning from results and improving future content.

The first 30 days will establish a working rhythm and measurement baseline. Performance bonus targets will be agreed in writing before the bonus period begins. Base compensation is separate from bonuses.

COMPENSATION
- Fixed monthly base of $220–$300 USD, depending on demonstrated skills and experience, for the agreed 10-hour weekly schedule.
- Up to $75 USD in monthly performance bonuses after the initial measurement period.
- Base paid twice monthly through an agreed payment method, such as Wise.
- Required paid software or assets must be approved in advance and will be provided or reimbursed.
- Opportunity to expand hours and compensation as the working relationship develops.
