We're a fast-growing aviation and travel media brand with over 1 million YouTube subscribers. We create content about airlines, luxury hotels, and points & miles strategies. We're looking for a part-time Social Media Community Manager to respond to comments and DMs across our platforms.
This is a light part-time role — approximately 20 hours per month (around 5 hours per week). Ideal for someone who loves aviation and travel and wants a flexible side role with a well-known brand.
What you'll do:
— Respond to YouTube comments across multiple channels in a friendly, knowledgeable, on-brand voice
— Manage and reply to DMs and comments on Instagram, TikTok, and X/Twitter
— Handle the general
— Flag important messages to the team (partnership requests, VIP contacts, press, urgent issues)
Requirements:
— Excellent written English — native or near-native with strong grammar and a natural, conversational tone
— Genuine knowledge of and interest in aviation, airlines, and travel — you'll be tested on this in the interview
— Experience managing social media comments and/or community engagement
— Familiar with YouTube Studio, Instagram, TikTok, and X/Twitter
— Reliable and consistent — able to check in daily even if only for 30–60 minutes
— Reliable internet connection
Nice-to-have:
— Knowledge of points, miles, and loyalty programmes
— Experience working with content creators or media brands
— Interest in luxury hotels and premium airline products
