JOB OVERVIEW

ThreadSignals is a SaaS tool that helps sales professionals find warm leads from online conversations. We are hiring a reliable, confident, English-speaking virtual assistant to help us fill demo calendars and support new users.
This starts as a small part-time role, approximately 3 hours per week, with room to grow if results are strong.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up with free-trial users, no-shows, older signups, and provided prospect lists by email and phone.
- Book qualified demo calls through Calendly.
- Keep our CRM/lead tracker updated with outreach and follow-up status.
- Learn ThreadSignals and eventually help run onboarding calls. The founder will join and lead the first calls while you train.
- Answer basic customer questions and escalate anything technical or unusual.
- Occasionally schedule or post pre-made short videos to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable speaking with US-based prospects by phone and on Zoom.
- Experience with SaaS sales, appointment setting, customer support, or lead follow-up.
- Organized, responsive, and able to learn new tools quickly.
- Comfortable using Calendly, CRMs/lead trackers, ReachInbox, HeyReach, and social platforms.

Success will be measured by consistent follow-up activity, clean CRM updates, and qualified calls booked. The initial goal is to work toward 3–5 qualified booked calls per week, depending on lead volume and list quality.
