Part-Time SEO Specialist — Manage 3 Websites | Proven Results Required
ABOUT THE ROLE
Yunta is recruiting a hands-on, part-time SEO specialist for a client who needs SEO support across three websites. We are looking for someone who can show real past results, diagnose what is holding a website back, prioritize the highest-impact work, and execute a clear plan.
This is not an entry-level role or a position for someone who only produces audit reports. You should be able to connect SEO work to qualified organic traffic, inquiries, leads, or sales—not just rankings and keyword counts.
Location: Remote, Philippines
Employment type: Part-time
Hours: To be agreed based on your availability and the scope across all three websites. Include your proposed weekly hours in your application.
Compensation: Based on experience and scope. Submit your expected hourly rate AND monthly fee in USD, stating the weekly hours and deliverables covered.
Website URLs, business details, target markets, current performance, and access arrangements will be shared during the hiring process. Please do not assume all three websites have the same needs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Audit all three websites and establish a baseline using Google Search Console, GA4, and appropriate crawling/research tools.
• Identify technical issues affecting crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, structured data, mobile usability, and page experience.
• Research relevant search terms and search intent, map keywords to pages, and prioritize opportunities based on commercial relevance, competition, and effort.
• Improve titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure, and existing content without keyword stuffing.
• Develop practical content briefs and recommendations that address real customer questions and support business goals. Edit or optimize existing content and coordinate new content with the client or writer as needed.
• Implement SEO changes within your agreed access and skill set. Provide clear instructions to developers for changes requiring development support, then verify the work.
• Evaluate local SEO opportunities where relevant, including Google Business Profile, location pages, and accurate business listings. Local SEO needs will depend on each website's business model.
• Identify legitimate link-earning and authority-building opportunities. No purchased spam links, private blog networks, fake reviews, or other shortcuts that put the websites at risk.
• Track organic search performance and meaningful conversions, clearly separating branded/non-branded traffic and different websites where the data allows.
• Maintain a prioritized task list for each website, allocate part-time hours sensibly, and communicate what is completed, blocked, or waiting on client input.
INITIAL DELIVERABLES
During the first 30 days, adjusted to the agreed hours and available access:
1. A concise baseline and SEO audit for each website, with evidence of the main issues and opportunities.
2. A prioritized 90-day roadmap across all three sites, including quick wins, larger projects, dependencies, and estimated effort.
3. Implementation of agreed high-priority improvements, with a record of changes made.
4. A simple reporting setup and recommendations for any missing conversion tracking.
ONGOING REPORTING
Provide a brief weekly progress update and a monthly report covering work completed, organic traffic and search trends, relevant conversions, key findings, and next priorities. Explain what the numbers mean for the business. We do not expect overnight ranking guarantees; we expect sound judgment, clear execution, and transparent reporting.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Demonstrated hands-on SEO success with at least two past websites or campaigns you can discuss in detail.
• Strong technical and on-page SEO fundamentals, keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis.
• Practical experience with Google Search Console and GA4, plus tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent. Explain which tools you use and whether you have access to them.
• Ability to work inside website CMS platforms and coordinate with developers when needed. State the platforms you know best; the client's website platforms are not yet specified.
• Clear professional English, dependable follow-through, and the ability to explain SEO recommendations to a nontechnical client.
• Capacity to manage priorities across three websites within an agreed part-time schedule.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with U.S.-based businesses, local/service-business SEO, conversion optimization, and managing multiple client websites. These are advantages, not substitutes for documented results.
