Part-Time SEO Specialist – Hospitality SaaS

WISK.ai is hiring a part-time SEO Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on SaaS SEO experience to drive qualified organic traffic and increase demo bookings in the hospitality technology space.

We serve restaurant groups, bars, multi-location operators, and hotel F&B teams. This role requires someone who understands how to rank high-intent software pages and clearly communicate performance in a way leadership can act on.

We’re looking for someone who can connect SEO directly to pipeline and revenue impact.

## What You’ll Own

- Keyword research targeting high-intent hospitality SaaS terms (e.g., inventory software, food cost management system, bar management software, POS integrations)
- Optimization of product, feature, integration, and industry landing pages
- Schema implementation for SaaS (SoftwareApplication, Product, FAQ, Review, Organization)
- Technical SEO audits: crawlability, indexing, canonicalization, Core Web Vitals
- Internal linking strategy to strengthen conversion-focused pages
- Backlink strategy focused on hospitality and SaaS authority sites
- Ongoing performance analysis tied to demo bookings and revenue

## Required Experience & Tools
- 2–3 years of proven SEO experience (SaaS or B2B preferred)
- Strong technical SEO foundation
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs and/or SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Google Tag Manager (preferred)
- Core Web Vitals / PageSpeed tools
- Ability to track the full funnel from traffic ? engagement ? demo bookings
- Experience collaborating with developers for implementation

- Ability to build clear SEO dashboards and monthly reports
- Present insights in a way leadership can understand
- Translate rankings and traffic into business impact
- Identify actionable next steps based on data
