JOB OVERVIEW

Small direct primary care clinic in Austin, TX looking for a part-time assistant to help people find us when they ask AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Google for a doctor.

More people now ask an AI "is direct primary care worth it?" instead of searching Google. We want our clinic to be the clear, trustworthy answer. You'll help us get there through accurate listings, useful website content, and genuinely helpful answers in online communities.

This role does not involve patient records or patient contact. Everything you draft is reviewed by our physician before it goes live.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Clean up and correct our listings on business directories (your first week).
2. Research the questions people ask AI search tools and draft website content that answers them, using recommendations from our AI search tracking tool.
3. Draft helpful replies to questions about primary care costs and access on Reddit, posted from our clinic's official account after review.
4. Publish approved posts in WordPress as our setup is finalized.
5. Keep a weekly timesheet with a short log of what you worked on.

REQUIRED
- Strong written English. Clear and natural, not robotic.
- 1+ year of SEO or content writing experience.
- Hands-on experience using Claude for writing or research. Claude Projects experience is a plus.
- Experience working in the WordPress editor.
- Solid web research skills and comfort with Google Docs and Sheets.

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience participating in Reddit communities.
- Health or wellness writing.
- Familiarity with AEO or GEO (writing content that AI tools cite).

PAY AND SCHEDULE
- $5 to $7 per hour based on experience, paid bi-weekly in USD.
- 10 to 20 hours per week, flexible schedule, mostly asynchronous.
- One paid 30-minute video call per week during your first month: Wednesdays 7:00pm US Central (Thursday 8:00am Philippine time, 9:00am after November 1).
- The first 30 days are a paid trial with a review. Long-term role if it's a good fit.
- Start date: early October.

HOW TO APPLY

5. Optional: a video under 3 minutes introducing yourself. Applications with a video are reviewed first.

We expect you to use AI tools. We're hiring for your judgment and editing, so the two sentences in step 4 matter more than the reply itself.

Applications without the code words or the writing task won't be reviewed.
