The Role:
We're hiring a part-time Recruiter to own end-to-end sourcing and screening for our creative and content team. You won't be recruiting generalists - you'll be building a pipeline of skilled, niche talent across roles like video editing, animation, and content strategy for a specialized, fast-moving media agency.

Roles You'll Be Recruiting For:
1. Production: Video Editors, Short-Form/Shorts Editors, Animators, Educational Video Editors
2. Content: Content Managers, Content Curators,
3. Growth: Social Media Managers
4. Quality: Quality Checkers (QC)
5. Admin: Executive Virtual Assistant
6. Sales and Customer Service: Outreach expert, Relationship Partner

Responsibilities:
- Write and post job ads across OnlineJobs.ph, Facebook groups, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
- Screen incoming applications and resumes against role requirements
- Conduct initial screening interviews (via Google Form + video call)
- Administer and review skills/practical tests (e.g., sample edit, portfolio review) in coordination with the relevant team lead
- Maintain a candidate tracker (Notion/Google Sheets) with clear status stages
- Shortlist top candidates and coordinate final interviews with C-level executives and the relevant Head (Production/Content)
- Manage candidate communication and scheduling professionally and promptly
- Keep job posts and screening criteria updated as role needs evolve

Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruiting/HR, ideally for creative, media, or agency roles
- Strong written English communication
- Comfortable evaluating creative portfolios (video editing, design, content) or willing to learn the evaluation criteria we provide
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple open roles at once
- Experience with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and applicant tracking (Notion experience a plus)
- Self-directed - comfortable owning the pipeline with minimal oversight once trained
