“I am a real estate agent in Northern Virginia looking to hire a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my business part-time.
My biggest needs right now are database cleanup and management, CRM organization, follow-up support, postcard and marketing coordination, and general admin help. I work across more than one system, so I need someone who is organized, careful, and comfortable following clear processes and instructions.
This role will start part-time. I also have a colleague who may need part-time support as well, so if things go well and we are happy with the work, there is strong potential for this to grow into full-time hours between the two of us.
Main Responsibilities:
- Clean up and organize my CRM and database
- Update contact records and keep information accurate
- Tag, segment, and organize leads correctly
- Help track follow-up and make sure contacts do not get missed
- Prepare mailing lists and create mailing labels
- Pull property addresses and information from the MLS or other approved sources
- Help organize data for postcards, direct mail, and farming campaigns
- Assist with simple Canva design tasks for real estate marketing
- Organize files, spreadsheets, and documents
- Help with recurring admin tasks and systems
- Light content organization support as needed

- Good communication and responsiveness
- Willing to learn my systems and processes
- Experience with CRM, database management, Canva, or admin support is a plus
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
Important:
I am looking for someone who is strong with organization, accuracy, follow-up, and admin support. Creative skills are a bonus, but this is not primarily a social media role.
