JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a real estate development firm looking for a results-driven professional who can close deals, raise capital, and scale our marketing efforts.

Rate: $8/hour
Schedule: Monday to Thursday (12PM - 5PM EST)

Here’s what you’ll do for the team:
???? Responsibilities:
* Close deals and build investor relationships
* Lead capital raising and outreach
* Use Apollo for lead generation and sequencing
* Run ads (Meta/Google) and optimize performance
* Execute email marketing (inbound & outbound)
* Build and manage sales funnels
* Grow social media organically
* Handle follow-ups and pipeline management

???? Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, deal-making, or capital raising
* Strong background in lead generation, social media ads, and email marketing
* Hands-on with Apollo or similar tools
* Excellent communication and follow-up skills
