JOB OVERVIEW

The Letting Ease Ltd is a growing UK letting agency looking for a creative, reliable and organised Part-Time Property Marketing & Social Media Assistant to join our remote team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, property marketing and creating attractive adverts that generate enquiries.

Fully Remote
Part-time: 3–4 hours per day
5–7 days per week
Flexible working
Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing
Create and post property adverts on Facebook and relevant property groups
Promote available rooms and properties across social media
Create engaging property posts using photos and videos
Respond to basic enquiries and messages
Keep social media pages active and up to date
Help increase enquiries and viewings

Social Media Marketing & Advertising
Create and post property adverts on Facebook and relevant property groups
Promote available rooms and properties across social media platforms
Create engaging property posts using photos, videos and property information
Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns to promote available rooms and properties
Monitor Facebook and social media ad performance and make improvements where needed
Help increase enquiries, viewing bookings and successful room lets through online marketing
Respond to basic enquiries and messages from potential tenants
Follow up with interested applicants where required
Keep social media pages active, professional and up to date
Test different adverts, images and wording to improve results
Track enquiries and identify which advertising platforms generate the best results
Suggest new marketing ideas and ways to increase property enquiries
Ensure all property adverts are accurate, attractive and professionally presented

Marketing Support
Monitor enquiries generated from adverts
Track which platforms are producing enquiries
Suggest new marketing ideas
Help promote newly available rooms quickly
Assist with general property marketing tasks
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Has good written English
Is confident using Facebook and social media
Understands basic online marketing
Has good computer skills
Is creative and can write engaging property adverts
Has excellent attention to detail
Can work independently
Is reliable and organised
Can respond to messages professionally
Previous property experience is not essential. Full training will be provided.
Experience with Facebook, SpareRoom, OpenRent, Rightmove, OnTheMarket or other property advertising platforms would be an advantage.
