JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Part-Time Project Manager to support a fast-moving team managing multiple projects and initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, structure, and keeping things moving forward. You’ll be helping coordinate tasks, track timelines, and ensure projects stay on schedule across a diverse and remote team.

This position starts part-time, but there is a clear path to a full-time role as we grow and based on performance. We’re ideally looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity with the team.

Responsibilities
-Manage and track projects using Smartsheet
-Coordinate timelines and project milestones
-Follow up with tea ---------- mbers to keep tasks on track
-Help organize workflows and project systems
-Communicate updates and progress across the team
-Support multiple ongoing projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications
-Strong experience with Smartsheet (required)
-Experience managing multiple projects at once
-Comfortable working with remote and diverse teams
-Strong communication and follow-up skills
-Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
-Must be available to join meetings during EST hours

Nice to Have:
Experience using Slack
Familiarity with Shopify

Work Setup
-Part-Time (20 hours per week to start)
