Part-Time Personal VA — Daily Organization, Reminders & Life Admin (Include the word ANCHOR in your subject line)
I am a business owner based in Los Angeles, California. I run multiple companies and my days are packed. I need a personal virtual assistant to keep my personal life organized so I can focus on work without things falling through the cracks.
This is a part-time role — 4 hours per day, 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday). Your job is to be the person who makes sure I never miss an appointment, forget to follow up on something, or feel overwhelmed by my personal to-do list.
This is a personal assistant role — not a business role. You will manage my personal life only.
What You'll Do
- Start every day by telling me exactly what meetings and appointments I have — clear, simple, no clutter
- Manage my personal calendar: schedule appointments, move things around, prevent conflicts
- Set up reminders and call or text me directly when something is coming up — no
- Keep a running personal to-do list and make sure things actually get done — follow up with me if I forget
- Book doctor appointments, dentist, personal errands — anything that requires scheduling
- Plan trips: research flights, hotels, itineraries, book everything once approved
- Online shopping and errands: research products, compare options, place orders
- Family logistics: medical appointments, family events
- Follow up with people who owe me money — track who owes what, send reminders, keep me updated
- Proactively tell me when my week is getting too full and suggest what to move or cancel
- Generally make sure I am not overwhelmed — you are the person who keeps my personal life running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Highly organized and proactive — you do not wait to be told, you anticipate what needs to happen
- Reliable and consistent — you show up every day at the same time, no excuses
- Comfortable calling and texting (not just messaging) — you will call me directly for reminders
- Good English communication — written and spoken
- Detail-oriented — nothing slips through the cracks
- Trustworthy and discreet — you will have access to personal information
- Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role preferred
- Tech-savvy: Google Calendar, Google Tasks, basic online research
Work Details
- Part-time: 4 hours per day, 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday)
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pacific Time (this is 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM Philippine Time — please only apply if you are comfortable with this schedule)
- Payment via Wise (USD, monthly invoicing)
- Time tracking via Hubstaff is required
- Communication via Google Chat and phone/text for reminders
