This is not an hourly role. This is a part-time, availability-based support role paid on a monthly retainer.
The most important part of this role is attention to detail, visual judgment, and proactive follow-up.
This role is light on workload but high on standards: clean execution, self-checking before submitting, and closing loops without reminders.
You are paid for:
1) Availability during a defined window
2) Making sure things are executed and open loops closed
3) Fast acknowledgement
4) Accurate execution (detail matters)
5) Proactive follow-up and communication
Typical workload: 1–4 hours/day (varies)
? AVAILABILITY & RESPONSIVENESS: Mon–Sat, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Bali Time (Asia/Makassar)
Availability means: You are reachable and able to execute tasks during this window. You can respond within 10 minutes. You can do other work as long as you remain responsive
Does NOT mean: You are working nonstop. You are always on outside the window
Response expectation: within 10 minutes

???? PROJECT CO-ORDINATION
- Track tasks, owners, deadlines
- Follow up and close loops (no reminders)
- Organize projects and keep execution moving
- Format Google Sheets / Excel cleanly
- Light research when needed
- Maintain SOPs (Notion)
- Keep files and systems organized
???? CONTENT SUPPORT (EXECUTION ONLY)
- Schedule posts using Meta
- Follow existing content plan
- Maintain consistency in formatting and structure
- Track basic performance (what worked / didn’t)
????? SHOPIFY / ETSY (PAGE DESIGN + EXECUTION)
- Update and maintain website.
- Arrange images, layout, and structure cleanly
- Ensure listings feel cohesive, premium, and consistent
- Follow naming, SEO, and formatting standards
???? PROACTIVITY & COMMUNICATION (CRITICAL)
1) This role requires anticipation, not reaction.
2) Communicate status without being asked
3) Flag issues early
4) Make one assumption if needed and proceed
5) Document answers and reuse them
6) Reduce mental load through clean execution
