JOB OVERVIEW

NexLevel AI Solutions is hiring a highly organized virtual assistant to research, catalog, price, and help sell a collection of NASCAR memorabilia and collectibles.

This is not basic data entry. I need someone who can distinguish asking prices from actual sold prices, write accurately, and follow detailed instructions without constant supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize memorabilia in a master Google Sheet
- Identify drivers, teams, sponsors, years, manufacturers, editions, and item types
- Research recent sold listings and relevant comparable items
- Recommend realistic list prices and lowest reasonable offers
- Flag signed, limited-edition, vintage, unusual, or potentially valuable pieces
- Write accurate marketplace titles and descriptions
- Prepare draft listings for eBay and other approved marketplaces
- Track listed, sold, paid, and shipped items
- Keep photo folders and inventory numbers organized
- Flag items that may need authentication
- Never claim an item is authentic, signed, rare, or officially licensed without evidence

REQUIRED
- Excellent written English
- Strong internet research and Google Sheets skills
- Experience with eBay, collectibles, trading cards, sports memorabilia, or ecommerce
- Ability to research completed/sold listings instead of copying asking prices
- Strong attention to names, dates, model numbers, condition, and small details
- Honest communication when information cannot be verified
- Ability to meet deadlines and send daily progress reports

PAY & HOURS
- Initial three-hour paid test at $5/hour
- Starting schedule: 10 hours/week
- Starting rate: $5/hour
- Opportunity for more hours and performance bonuses based on accuracy, productivity, and sales
