JOB OVERVIEW

# Part-Time Multi-Platform Paid Ads Specialist

## About Service Conversion

Service Conversion helps businesses grow through digital marketing, lead generation, automation, and technology. We are looking for a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms for our clients.

## Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, data-driven advertising specialist who can manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads.

The ideal candidate understands how to plan campaigns, allocate budgets, develop effective advertising strategies, generate quality leads, and improve campaign performance through continuous testing and optimization.

**Reporting is a mandatory and critical part of this role.** You must be able to accurately document and report on all advertising activities, campaign changes, spending, results, tracking issues, and optimization decisions.

We need someone who understands not only how to run ads but also how to demonstrate what is working, what is not working, why decisions were made, and what should happen next.

Experience with emerging ChatGPT advertising opportunities is a bonus.

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Google Ads

- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across relevant campaign types, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube where appropriate.
- Conduct keyword research and manage negative keywords.
- Develop and test ad copy, targeting strategies, and campaign structures.
- Monitor budgets, clicks, conversions, cost per lead, and return on ad spend where applicable.
- Identify wasted spend and opportunities to improve campaign performance.
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance issues.

### 2. Facebook and Instagram Ads

- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Test different creatives, headlines, ad copy, placements, and calls to action.
- Monitor lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign profitability where data is available.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data rather than assumptions.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative performance and reduce acquisition costs.

### 3. TikTok Ads

- Set up and manage TikTok advertising campaigns.
- Develop campaign strategies suited to the platform and target audience.
- Test video creatives, hooks, messaging, targeting, and calls to action.
- Monitor spend, engagement, conversions, and cost per acquisition where applicable.
- Make recommendations for improving creative performance and campaign results.

### 4. ChatGPT Advertising (Bonus)

- Stay informed about emerging advertising opportunities within ChatGPT and other AI platforms.
- Understand available advertising products and eligibility requirements as they evolve.
- Research potential use cases and provide recommendations when relevant opportunities become available.

Direct experience with ChatGPT advertising is not required, but a strong interest in emerging advertising channels is welcome. Candidates must distinguish between currently available advertising products and future or experimental opportunities.

### 5. Reporting and Accountability (Mandatory)

Reporting is one of the most important responsibilities of this position.

You must be able to produce clear, accurate, and actionable reports covering all advertising work performed.

Responsibilities include:

- Track and report advertising spend across every platform and client account you manage.
- Report impressions, clicks, click-through rates, conversions, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend where applicable.
- Document campaign launches, budget changes, audience adjustments, creative tests, optimization actions, and other significant changes.
- Explain why changes were made and what results they produced.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and explain the corrective actions taken.
- Compare results against campaign objectives and previous reporting periods.
- Maintain organized reporting spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Clearly identify tracking problems, missing data, attribution limitations, and other issues that affect reported results.
- Provide recommendations based on actual performance data.
- Maintain a consistent reporting schedule and ensure all work can be reviewed by the team.

**You must be able to account for what you do, why you do it, how much is spent, and what results it produces.** Simply stating that campaigns are running is not sufficient.

### 6. General Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Practical experience with TikTok Ads or the ability to demonstrate relevant campaign expertise.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting, budgets, bidding, and optimization.
- Experience with lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication.
- Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to explain campaign performance clearly to non-technical team members.
- Reliable internet connection and professional communication.

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and Google Sheets reporting is a strong advantage.

## Work Arrangement

- Employment type: Part-time.
- Expected hours: Approximately 10–20 hours per week, depending on workload and agreed schedule.
- Compensation: $3–$5 USD per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
- Long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

## How to Apply

Please include the following in your application:

1. A brief introduction and summary of your paid advertising experience.
2. Which advertising platforms you have personally managed.
3. Examples of campaigns you have run, including objectives, approximate budgets, and measurable results.
4. An explanation of how you track and report campaign performance.
5. A sample campaign report or dashboard you have created, with confidential client information removed.
6. Your experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and UTM parameters.
7. Your expected hourly rate and weekly availability.

Applications that demonstrate real campaign management experience, strong reporting skills, and measurable results will be prioritized.

We are looking for a specialist who takes ownership of campaigns, communicates clearly, and can demonstrate the value of every advertising activity through accurate reporting.
