JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant
Remote | 25 Hours/Week
We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support our marketing, events, customer communication, and day-to-day online operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, following recurring processes, managing multiple small tasks, and making sure important details do not get missed.
Main Responsibilities
Your work will include supporting:
Social media scheduling and publishing
Webinar and event promotion
Basic graphics and content creation
Short-form video editing and repurposing
YouTube and blog publishing

Email and inbox management
Customer follow-up and administrative tasks
Google Calendar and event management

Email marketing and scheduled event reminders
Basic Facebook/Meta Ads updates and monitoring
Google Business Profile updates
Creating and maintaining simple SOPs for recurring tasks
The full task workflow and weekly responsibilities will be explained during the interview and onboarding process.
Skills We’re Looking For
You should have experience with or be comfortable using:
Social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
Canva or similar graphic design tools
Basic video editing
Google Workspace

Email marketing platforms
CRM or customer management systems
Meta/Facebook Business tools
Basic website or landing-page editing
Loom, Descript, or similar tools
General online research and administrative work
What Matters Most
We are looking for someone who is:

Comfortable working independently
A strong written English communicator
Able to follow systems and checklists
Proactive when something needs attention
Comfortable learning new software and tools
Able to manage recurring deadlines without constant reminders
Schedule
Approximately 25 hours per week
Monday–Friday
Approximately 5 hours per day
Remote
Some tasks will need to coordinate with U.S. Pacific Time
