About us
LoudMouse is a Fractional CMO agency in the United States. We work with real estate investment companies. We act as their marketing department: we build the strategy, run the campaigns, and manage the systems.
We are looking for one person to handle much of the day-to-day production work across all of our clients.
About the role
This is a hands-on production role. You will design marketing materials, update websites, and format documents.
We will give you clear written instructions for every task. We will also give you a brand guidelines document for each client that explains their colors, fonts, logos, and writing style. You will not have to guess what we want.
You will also help us build and improve our template library. Over time, this makes repeat tasks faster for everyone.
What you will do
Design
Design and update business cards, leave-behinds, flyers, door hangers, postcards, and yard signs
Edit and retouch photos: cropping, resizing, color correction, background removal
Design social media graphics for multiple clients
Update and improve existing design templates
Build new reusable templates for each client
Prepare files for commercial printing and send them to print vendors
Website
Add new pages to client websites
Edit existing pages: text, images, buttons, and layout
Keep pages consistent with each client’s brand guidelines
Most sites are built in WordPress using page builders. No coding is required.
Document formatting
Format documents and reports in Word, Google Docs, and PDF
Apply client branding to proposals, guides, and reports
Build clean layouts with consistent headings, spacing, tables, and charts
Make documents easy to read and ready to send to a client
What we are looking for
Strong design skills in Canva, PhotoShop, and Illustrator including brand kits and templates
Experience preparing files for commercial printing
Experience editing WordPress websites
Strong skills in Microsoft Word or Google Docs for document layout
Good written English. You will communicate with our team in writing every day.
Strong attention to detail. You check your own work before you submit it.
Reliable and organized. You update the status of your tasks without being asked.
This role is a good fit if you if you:
Enjoy variety and can move between design, websites, and documents in the same day
Like following a clear process and a clear brief
Ask a question when something is unclear instead of guessing
Want steady, long-term work with one team rather than short one-time projects
This role is not a good fit if you
Prefer a small number of large projects over many small tasks
Are looking for occasional work
Working details
Hours: 20–25 hours per week to start. We expect this to become a full-time role for the right person.
Schedule: You must be available for at least 2 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours each day, Monday through Friday.
Pay: paid on a set bi-weekly schedule.
Location: Fully remote. We welcome applicants from any country.
Tools we use: Slack, ClickUp, Canva, WordPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Workspace. We provide access and any paid software licenses you need
Requirements: A reliable computer and a stable internet connection.
Confidentiality: You will have access to client information. You will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement.
How to apply
Please send us:
1. A short note about your experience with design, website editing, and document formatting. Tell us which of the three is your strongest and which is newest to you. Please be honest — we will train the right person. Use the word cheese somewhere in your response.
2. Three to five examples of your work. Useful examples include a printed piece you designed, a web page you built or edited, and a document or report you formatted.
3. A list of the tools and software you use regularly.
4. Your hourly or monthly rate and your weekly availability.
5. Your time zone.
Next step: If we move forward, we will send you one small paid test task. It will include a short design piece, a website edit, and a document to format, using a real brief and a real client brand guidelines document. It should take two to three hours, and we pay you for that time. We make our decision based on the test, not on the portfolio alone.
