JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing Finnish DTC ecommerce brand selling premium shower filters to 20,000+ customers. We're looking for a part-time Klaviyo email specialist who can both DESIGN and BUILD beautiful, high-converting emails.

This is NOT a copy-paste template job. We need someone with a real eye for design who can create visually striking newsletters that stand out in the inbox.

What you'll do:

- Design and build around 3 newsletters per week in Klaviyo (content direction provided, but we want YOUR creative input on layout and visuals)

- Redesign and optimize our existing email automations with the founders (welcome flow, post-purchase, win-back, browse abandonment etc.)

- Create custom email templates that match our brand

- Suggest new email ideas, angles, and campaigns

- Support campaign periods with higher volume when needed

Must-have skills:

- Strong Klaviyo experience (not just "I've used it once", you should know flows, segments, dynamic content, A/B testing)

- Graphic design skills, you can create email layouts, graphics, and visual elements (Figma, Canva, or similar)

- Understanding of email deliverability basics

- Proactive mindset, you bring ideas and not just wait for instructions

Nice to have:

- Experience with health/wellness/beauty brands

- Experience with Shopify integrations in Klaviyo

Hours & Compensation:

- Part-time: approximately 15-20 hours/week

- More hours during campaign launches and initial automation rebuild phase

- Long-term position for the right person
