From vibrant graphic liners and anime-inspired palettes to viral lip oils and dewy blushes, we empower beauty lovers to express themselves without limits. We are expanding our outreach team to partner with content creators, beauty gurus, and micro-influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, trend-savvy Influencer Outreach Coordinator who lives and breathes the cosmetics and beauty fashion world.

This is a live, active position during fixed US business hours. You will be required to be online in a continuous Google Meet session with live screen sharing enabled for your entire 5-hour shift (7:30 AM – 12:30 PM PST). This allows real-time coaching, direct collaboration with our LA team, and instant verification of pitch quality and prospective creator profiles.

Key Responsibilities
> Beauty Creator Sourcing: Identify micro/macro influencers, UGC creators, and makeup artists who fit the edgy, vibrant Rude Cosmetics brand identity.

> Trend Spotting: Track live beauty trends on TikTok and Instagram (e.g., graphic liner looks, lip combo trends, anime makeup, dewy blush aesthetics) to submit creators who match active trends.

> Direct Pitching & Outreach: Send high-volume, personalized emails and DMs to target creators using established Rude Cosmetics campaign templates.

> Proposal Gathering & Submission: Collect creator rates, media kits, and collaboration terms to submit to company management for final selection and approval.

> Live CRM Management: Track daily pitch status, creator responses, address collection, shipping details, and posting dates real-time in Google Sheets.

> Briefing & Delivery: Coordinate PR package deliveries, provide company-approved creative briefs, and follow up to ensure timely content posting.

Requirements & Qualifications
> Beauty & Trend Knowledge: Strong understanding of current cosmetics trends, viral social media beauty challenges, and beauty influencer culture.

> Workstation Setup: High-speed internet, reliable computer, and a setup capable of running continuous Google Meet video calls with screen sharing smoothly throughout the shift.

> Work Schedule: Must be available 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM PST (Los Angeles Time) consistently Monday through Friday.

> Communication: Flawless written English with a friendly, trendy, and persuasive communication style tailored for beauty creators.

> Experience: 1+ years in influencer outreach, virtual assistance, or PR in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
