Join our woman-owned and operated team as a Part-Time Head Hunter for our nanny agency! We're seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in recruiting for US-based companies on an overnight shift. As a recruiter, your primary responsibility will be identifying and attracting top-tier nanny talent to meet the unique needs of our discerning clientele. Our ideal tea ---------- mber is driven to meet key performance metrics, can work autonomously, and produces high-quality outcomes. This individual should be exceptionally fluent in English in both written and spoken form. They should understand the nuances of the language and have the aptitude to write job-attractive posts, screen candidates, perform interviews, and check references. They should be comfortable sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, Indeed, Social Media, college boards, and more. This position requires innovation, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box.

Key Requirements:
*Demonstrated success in full-cycle headhunting and recruitment within the US market.
*In-depth knowledge of effective recruiting practices and platforms
*Ability to screen, interview, and onboard candidates via Zoom
*Willingness to learn the intricacies of the childcare industry and client preferences.
*Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with both clients and candidates.
*Innovative approach to sourcing, ensuring we stay ahead in identifying the best candidates in the industry.
