JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-facing company that hires through our own AI recruiting platform. We're looking for a part-time HR assistant to build and run our recruiting and screening processes for several role types: phone sales representatives, front-desk staff, local frontline sales hires, and spa therapists.

What you'll do:
- Design screening and recruiting pipelines per role inside our AI hiring platform (we train you on it)
- Review AI interviews and simulations, shortlist candidates, recommend hires
- Manage candidate pipelines: sourcing, follow-ups, interview scheduling, offers and agreements
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future openings
- QA recorded sales calls against the script and flag issues
- Weekly recruiting report: pipeline status, time-to-hire, quality of hires

What we need:
- Proven HR or recruitment experience with US companies - it must be clearly visible in your CV
- Excellent written English and native-level or near-native spoken English
- Experience sourcing candidates (OnlineJobs, LinkedIn, or similar)
- Organized, proactive, comfortable with async remote work
- Nice to have: experience with ATS/recruiting software and screening for sales roles

Terms:
- Part-time, paid by actual hours worked: $5/hour
- Flexible schedule, fully remote
- Room to grow into a full-time recruiting role as we scale
