CLS manages short-term rentals in Brisbane. We’re looking for a part-time growth marketer who can combine scroll-stopping content with conversion-focused ads to drive one thing:
More direct bookings through our website.
If you like testing creatives, improving cost-per-lead, and turning content into measurable demand - this will fit.
The mission:
Increase qualified website traffic and direct booking enquiries using:
-Organic
-Meta Ads + Google Ads
-Clean tracking + reporting that shows what’s working
What you’ll own (10 hrs/week):
Weekly Content Engine
-1 weekly content plan (posts + stories + reels)
-Create/design content in Canva using our brand look
-Schedule and publish consistently
-Reels that highlight: properties, guest reviews, local Brisbane tips, seasonal promos
-Light engagement (comments/messages)
Paid Growth
-Run and optimize Meta campaigns (FB/IG)
-Run and optimize Google Ads (search + remarketing as relevant)
-Audience + creative testing
-Budget optimization toward direct booking actions
Tracking + Reporting
-Ensure GA4, Pixel, and Google conversion tracking are firing correctly
-UTM discipline
-Weekly report (simple + actionable): wins, losses, next actions
-Monthly summary: trendlines + what to scale
What we’re looking for
You’re a strong fit if you:
-Have proven results with Meta Ads and Google Ads (screenshots/case studies welcome)
-Can create clean, professional content without heavy supervision
-Understand that “pretty” isn’t the goal—bookings are
-Communicate clearly, hit deadlines, and manage your own workflow
Strong preference: Experience marketing short-term rentals / accommodation (Airbnb-style, hotels, serviced apartments). If you don’t have STR experience, show comparable performance work.
