? Your Role
We are seeking a talented Designer/Illustrator to join our team part-time (20 hours/week). You will be responsible for creating market-ready card designs—specifically greeting cards and 3D pop-up cards. You will receive design ideas and proposals from us, and your mission will be to conceptualize, design, and finalize the production files so our team can seamlessly take over listings and printing.

? Your Responsibilities
- Card Illustration: Design beautiful, high-quality greeting cards and highly engaging 3D pop-up cards tailored to the European market.
- AI Integration: Extensively use AI tools like Midjourney to conceptualize and generate design elements.
- File Finalization: Prepare production-ready files for manufacturing using Affinity, Canva, or other specialized 3D/paper design software you deem necessary.
- Market Localization: Adapt designs to match the aesthetic preferences of customers in Germany, France, and the UK (English fluency is fine; we use translators for the actual text).

? Requirements
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing card designs, illustrations, or related paper products.
- Expertise in industry-standard vector and layout tools
- Proficiency in Canva, Affinity and Midjourney.
- A strong understanding of European customer tastes and design aesthetics
- Fluent in English.
- Bonus: Previous experience creating files for 3D pop-up cards

- Workload: Part-time, 20 hours per week (with potential to extend).
- Location & Hours: 100% Remote with highly flexible working hours.
- Salary: Competitive salary around 5$/h (pro-rated based on our full-time rate), plus long-term growth and bonus potential.
