JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are a fashion brand group working across e-commerce and wholesale, and we are looking for a part-time graphic designer with experience in fashion who is comfortable using AI as part of their daily creative workflow.

This role is execution-focused first. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets for ads, email, and e-commerce. Over time, there is room to grow into concept input and creative collaboration, but consistency, speed, and output come first.

This is a remote role, ideal for someone who enjoys focused work, clear direction, and modern AI-supported workflows.

What You’ll Be Working On
• E-commerce ad creatives (Meta, Instagram, Pinterest)
• Product visuals and lifestyle mockups
• Visual assets for product pages and campaigns
• Designing visual layouts for Klaviyo email campaigns and flows
• Brand-consistent graphic assets (banners, layouts, variations)
• Using AI tools to:
o generate concepts faster
o create mockups or virtual scenes
o explore visual directions efficiently

What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
• Proven experience as a graphic designer for fashion or e-commerce brands
• Strong visual taste and understanding of fashion aesthetics
• Experience creating conversion-oriented ad creatives
• Experience designing email visuals for e-commerce (Klaviyo or similar)
• Comfortable working with AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, Stable Diffusion, or similar GenAI workflows)
• Ability to follow direction and deliver consistently
• Clear communication and reliability

Nice to have (not required):
• Experience with Meta or Pinterest ads
• Understanding of email best practices (visual hierarchy, CTAs, mobile-first)
• Interest in contributing ideas or concepts over time
