Key Responsibilities
•
Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop, execute, and manage

Research & Targeting: Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to identify new opportunities and refine targeting.

Ad Creation & Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy and create engaging ad creatives that convert.
•
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular, insightful reports.
•
A/B Testing & Optimization: Systematically test ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continuously improve performance.
•
Budget Management: Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure a high and scalable ROAS.
•
Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in paid advertising.
Qualifications
•
3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing
•
A strong portfolio with a proven track record of success in driving conversions and achieving a strong ROAS.
•
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads,
•
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed, strategic decisions.
•
Strong English copywriting and communication skills (both written and verbal).
•
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel analysis.
•
Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and take ownership of your results.
•
Availability to work part-time during USA morning business hours.
Compensation & Performance Bonuses

Base Compensation

Hourly Rate: $10.00 - $15.00 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.

Guaranteed Monthly Salary: $800 - $1,200 USD per month for 20 hours per week.

1. Monthly Performance Bonuses ($100 - $300+ per month)
Achieve and exceed your monthly targets to earn bonuses. These are designed to reward quick wins and consistent effort.

ROAS Achievement: Earn bonuses for exceeding target ROAS (e.g., $150 bonus for achieving 25?ove target).

CPA Reduction: Earn bonuses for reducing Cost Per Acquisition while maintaining lead volume (e.g., $100 bonus for a 15% reduction).
•
Revenue/Lead Growth: Earn bonuses for driving significant month-over-month growth.
2. Quarterly Excellence Bonuses ($300 - $800+ per quarter)
For sustained high performance over a 90-day period, you are eligible for a larger quarterly bonus. This rewards strategic thinking and long-term impact.

Bronze Tier: Consistently meet targets over the quarter.
•
Silver Tier: Consistently exceed targets by 15-30%.
•
Gold Tier: Consistently exceed targets by 30%+, demonstrating exceptional strategic value.
3. Annual "Top Performer" Bonus
An annual bonus is awarded to specialists who demonstrate outstanding performance and loyalty over a 12-month period.
