Title:
Part-Time Email Marketing Virtual Assistant (Shopify + Klaviyo/Or Similar Experience Required)

Description:
HomeSmart Products LLC is a U.S.-based e-commerce company that sells premium home and lifestyle products through multiple Shopify stores. We’re looking for a part-time Email Marketing VA who can create, manage, and analyze high-performing email campaigns while collaborating with our design and management teams.

If you love combining creativity with analytics and enjoy seeing your campaigns drive real sales, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and send email campaigns via Klaviyo, Omnisend or Similar, integrated with Shopify.

Build automated flows, promotional sequences, and product announcement campaigns.

Review campaign metrics and performance reports to identify what’s working and what’s not.

Work closely with our Graphic Designer to ensure email visuals are on-brand and optimized for engagement.

Suggest strategies to grow our email list and improve segmentation.

Occasionally assist with other VA tasks and digital marketing projects.

Communicate and track progress using Slack and ClickUp.

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience with Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Ads Manager, or TikTok Ads.

Know creative ways to grow an email list organically.

Can provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.

What We Offer:

Competitive part-time salary - $6.00 - $8.00/hour USD - Estimate 10 -20 hours/week

13th-month pay eligible (beginning 2026)
