AI-Powered Cold Email Marketing Company

We’re looking for an experienced Email Infrastructure Manager to join our growing, AI-driven cold email marketing team. If you’re an expert in Google Workspace technical setup and know exactly how to maximise deliverability, protect sender reputation, and implement best-practice authentication protocols, we’d love to work with you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Setting up and managing Google Workspace email accounts for multiple domains
• Configuring all technical deliverability components, including:
• SPF
• DKIM
• DMARC
• DNS records
• Warming inboxes and maintaining domain health
• Monitoring and improving email deliverability performance
• Troubleshooting sender reputation issues
• Ensuring cold email best practices are followed across all accounts
• Coordinating with our operations and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new domains and clients

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience setting up and managing Google Workspace email systems
• Strong understanding of DNS, domain management, and email authentication
• Hands-on experience with deliverability tools (Warmup systems, Postmaster Tools, DMARC analyers, etc.)
• Knowledge of cold email performance factors and best practices
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving marketing environment

Hours & Compensation

• Part-time – 20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule – work whenever suits you
• $500 USD per month
