We are a growing UK ecommerce outdoor living brand looking for a reliable, proactive and detail oriented Virtual Assistant to support day to day business operations.
This is a long term part time role with potential to grow into full time for the right person.
IMPORTANT: This role is only suitable for applicants with real hands on ecommerce experience.
If your experience is mainly in general admin, real estate, cold calling, appointment setting, data entry or non ecommerce industries, please do not apply.
Applications without direct Shopify/ecommerce experience will not be considered.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9:00am to 1:00pm UK Time
20 hours per week
Starting pay: $4 per hour

Core Responsibilities
Customer Support
Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally
Respond to live chat quickly during working hours
Assist customers with deliveries, returns, product questions and general support
Represent the business in a friendly and solution focused manner
Shopify Store Management
Upload products accurately and efficiently
Write SEO friendly product descriptions
Organise collections, tags, pricing and variants
Carry out quality control before products go live
Email
Create and schedule campaigns in Omnisend
Build and manage
Segment lists and monitor performance
Write clear marketing
Pinterest & Social Media
Create and schedule Pinterest posts/content
Assist with Pinterest account growth and management
Create daily social media posts/captions
Suggest ideas to improve brand awareness and traffic
Admin Support
Manage inbox and filter
Liaise with suppliers when needed
Escalate urgent matters appropriately
Support with general admin and ecommerce tasks
Essential Requirements
You MUST have:
Strong Shopify experience
Strong Omnisend experience
Pinterest marketing/posting experience
Excellent written English
Clear spoken English
Confidence speaking on the phone
Previous customer service experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Quiet professional working environment
Reliable internet connection
Good quality headset/microphone
Technical Requirements
Minimum internet speed:
50 Mbps Download
20 Mbps Upload
Backup internet preferred.
You must work in a quiet environment suitable for customer phone calls.
