JOB OVERVIEW

We operate growing Shopify dropshipping stores and are looking for an experienced Product Researcher to find promising fashion products in different international markets.

You will use the Facebook Ad Library to research and validate products before adding them to our Google Sheet. Our team will then use these products to create product pages, creatives and advertising campaigns.

Working Hours and Targets

This position requires eight hours per week, divided across two working days of four hours each.

During each four-hour shift, you are expected to find seven fully validated products that meet our requirements. The weekly target is therefore 14 qualified products.

Quality and correct validation are essential. Products that do not meet the criteria should not be added to the sheet.

Product Requirements

Products must be advertised in another market and active for approximately 5–30 days. They must meet at least the following criteria:

7 days active: minimum 50,000 reach

14 days active: minimum 100,000 reach

21 days active: minimum 200,000 reach

Reach must be calculated using the combined reach of all available campaigns for the same product, not just one advertisement.

Your Responsibilities

Research products across different countries and markets.

Use Facebook Ad Library to ---------- active campaigns.

Check campaign age, total reach, products and creatives.

Combine the reach of all relevant campaigns for the same product.

Add qualified products, links and information to our sheet.

Communicate clearly with the team about progress, questions and blockers.

Follow our shared workflow and selection criteria accurately.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience with e-commerce product research.

Experience using Facebook Ad Library for product validation.

Experience researching products for Shopify dropshipping stores.

Availability for two four-hour shifts per week.

Ability to deliver seven qualified products per shift and 14 per week.

Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.

Good written English and clear communication skills.

Someone who works well within a team and responds properly to feedback.

Experience with Google Sheets and communication tools such as Slack.
