We are seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to own our growth strategy across paid ads,
Our brand is a culturally rooted lifestyle and publishing company focused on empowering and uplifting the African American community. Every campaign must be authentic, respectful, and aligned with our mission.
Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
Set up and manage tracking (pixels, events, Google Analytics, retargeting)
Build and refine funnels to convert followers into paying customers
Plan and execute
Use tools like Breakout Clips (and others you recommend) for campaign execution and optimization
Monitor KPIs and deliver weekly reports (CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions, open/click rates)
Manage ad and
Collaborate with content team to align creative with our cultural brand strategy
Requirements:
3+ years in digital marketing (e-commerce or DTC strongly preferred)
Proven results scaling ad campaigns and funnels profitably (include results in your application)
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopify
Hands-on experience with
Strong knowledge of pixels, funnels, and analytics setup
Excellent English communication skills
Data-driven, proactive, and able to recommend tools and strategies
Ability to authentically connect with and market to the African American community through respectful, culturally rooted messaging
Nice to Have:
Experience with Print-on-Demand / Shopify stores
Familiarity with SMS marketing
Knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization) tactics
Work Setup:
Remote, part-time
Must overlap at least 2–3 hours with U.S. PST for meetings
