Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Digital Advertising Specialist to set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns aimed at generating both residential and commercial leads in NSW for electrical and solar services. You will focus on platform-specific strategies to capture high-quality inquiries online under strategic guidance from senior marketing leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize geo-targeted Meta and Google Ads campaigns targeting NSW residential customers using local intent keywords
• Develop and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting commercial clients based on industry, company size, and decision-maker roles
• Test and manage leads generation activities on Australian lead marketplaces such as ServiceSeeking and Hipages
• Support and coordinate with Google My Business and local SEO efforts to amplify ad performance
• Collaborate with the marketing lead and VA estimator to ensure smooth lead flow and campaign alignment
• Provide detailed weekly reports with performance insights and optimization recommendations
• Prepare for campaign launch within 4 weeks, progressively increasing lead volume and quality
Requirements:
• Demonstrable experience managing successful paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
• Knowledge of lead generation strategies across residential and commercial sectors
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with Australian online lead marketplaces is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• Availability approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility
