I run multiple growing businesses and need a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help manage data, organize systems, and keep operations running smoothly.
This is a long-term role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, speed, and consistency.
Responsibilities:
Clean and organize large lead lists (remove duplicates, fix errors, validate data)
Manage and organize
Maintain CRM data accuracy
Build and update simple reports and dashboards (Google Sheets)
Keep files, data, and workflows organized
Complete assigned tasks daily with clear results
Requirements:
Strong experience with Excel or Google Sheets
High attention to detail (mistakes are not acceptable)
Fast and responsive during working hours
Able to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
Good written English
Preferred:
Experience working with CRMs
Experience cleaning large datasets
Experience creating reports or dashboards
Work Details:
Part-time to start (20–30 hours per week)
Opportunity for full-time based on performance
