About Teton
Teton creates dependable outdoor gear designed to help people enjoy life outside. We believe the customer’s experience extends beyond the product itself, which is why we focus on genuine care, helpful guidance, and building lasting relationships with the people who choose our gear.

This is a hands-on Customer Experience role. You will help customers throughout the full resolution process—not simply answer questions. This includes investigating concerns, troubleshooting products, processing warranties and returns, placing orders, coordinating follow-up, and completing other work created by customer interactions.
The phone queue will be the primary focus of this position. The right person will enjoy talking with people, solving problems in real time, and helping turn difficult situations into positive customer experiences. As your knowledge grows, you will take on additional CX responsibilities and projects based on the needs of our customers, team, and business.
Schedule
This position has a regular, fixed schedule based on Teton’s U.S. Mountain Time business hours and requires consistent overnight availability.

Flexibility is appreciated, but additional hours are not guaranteed, and schedule changes will be communicated as far in advance as possible.
The initial training schedule may differ from the regular schedule and require adjusted availability. Training details will be discussed during the interview process.

Remote-Work Requirements
This is a fixed-location, work-from-home position—not a work-from-anywhere or digital-nomad role. Your normal work must be performed from an approved, consistent home workspace. Working while traveling or regularly changing locations is not compatible with this position. Temporary location changes must be communicated to and approved by your manager.
A quiet and private workspace, stable home internet with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, backup internet access, reliable power, and a professional headset with clear audio are required. Applicants may be asked to provide a current internet-speed test.
During scheduled hours, team members are expected to be logged in, available for customer contacts, responsive to the team, and fully engaged in Teton work.
