We're looking for a Creative Strategist to join our growing team and help develop high-converting creative concepts for paid social advertising.
This role is ideal for someone who understands what makes Meta ads perform and enjoys turning product insights into compelling ad angles, hooks, and creative briefs. You don't need to edit videos or design graphics yourself—your primary responsibility is developing the ideas that our creative team will bring to life.
What You'll Do
* Research products, competitors, and target audiences
* Develop creative angles and messaging for paid social campaigns
* Write compelling hooks, ad concepts, and creative briefs
* Generate fresh ideas for video and static ads
* Analyze winning ads and identify patterns that can be applied to new campaigns
* Collaborate with media buyers and creative tea
* Continuously brainstorm new concepts to support scaling efforts
We're Looking For Someone Who
* Has experience with Meta
* Understands direct response marketing and consumer psychology
* Can develop creative concepts based on customer pain points and desires
* Is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
* Has strong written English communication skills
* Takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving
* Is reliable, proactive, and easy to work with
Bonus If You Have Experience With
* DTC or eCommerce brands
* Creative strategy for paid social
* Copywriting for ads
* Reading Meta Ads performance metrics
* TikTok or other paid social platforms
