Approximately 12 hours/week | Long-term remote role
Daap3 is an AI personal stylist that helps people decide what to wear, create outfits from their wardrobe, and virtually try on looks before buying.
We are looking for a hands-on content marketer who can both decide what organic content to test and produce the content. This is not a posting-only virtual assistant role. You should be comfortable researching an audience, developing hooks, editing short videos, publishing them, and using results to decide what to try next.
You will initially focus on one short-form content system, with content repurposed across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
What you will do
1. Research audience questions, competitors, trends, and proven content formats.
2. Create a simple weekly content plan with clear hypotheses.
3. Write hooks, short scripts, captions, and calls to action.
4. Produce three short-form videos per week using product recordings, screenshots, founder-provided assets, stock footage, and simple graphics.
5. Publish or schedule approved content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
6. Handle basic comment replies and record useful audience feedback.
7. Track content performance and waitlist traffic.
8. Submit a concise weekly report covering what worked, what did not, and what to test next.
What success looks like
1. Three useful, on-brand short videos are published each week.
2. Every week includes at least one deliberate content experiment.
3. Content communicates Daap3's value clearly rather than following trends without a reason.
4. Reporting leads to specific changes in the next week's content.
6. The content process becomes increasingly independent and repeatable.
You may be a good fit if you
1. Have created short-form content for a consumer app, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or another visual brand.
2. Can show work you personally scripted, edited, or managed.
3. Understand hooks, retention, calls to action, and basic content analytics.
4. Can edit efficiently in CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
5. Write clear, natural English.
6. Can explain why a piece of content worked or failed.
7. Are comfortable working asynchronously and raising questions early.
Experience using AI tools is useful, but submitting generic AI-generated strategy is not.
Role details
1. Compensation: USD 400/month.
2. Time: approximately 12 hours/week.
3. Schedule: flexible, with one short weekly check-in during Hong Kong business hours.
4. Start: a paid skills test for selected finalists, followed by a two-week paid trial.
5. This can become a long-term role if the collaboration works well.
How to apply
Please answer all five questions below. Applications without relevant work samples will not be considered.
1. Share links to up to three short-form videos or social accounts you worked on. State exactly what you did for each one.
2. Choose one example and explain its goal, result, and what you learned. Include metrics if available.
3. Describe a content test that failed. What did you change afterward?
4. If you had product demo recordings but no new filmed footage, how would you turn them into three different short videos?
5. Confirm your weekly availability, expected working hours, and earliest start date.
6. Confirm your expected salary
