Build a real path into B2B sales-with qualified leads, a CRM, proven scripts, structured training, call coaching, and a professional U.S. dialer already provided.
EditValue provides premium wedding-video post-production for wedding photographers and studios. We are hiring a confident English-speaking SDR to introduce our service to U.S. wedding businesses and help them try a complimentary wedding reel.
Why this role is worth your time:
• You do not need to find your own leads
• We provide the CRM, dialer, sales playbook, scripts, training materials, and coaching
• Every call is recorded so you can receive specific feedback and improve
• Our Local Presence system displays a clean local U.S. caller ID matching the prospect’s area code, which can improve answer rates
• There is a clear paid path from training to live calls and long-term work
• Base pay plus uncapped commissions rewards both consistency and results
Schedule:
• Monday-Friday only; no weekend calling
• 9:00 AM-1:00 PM in the local U.S. time zone assigned to your leads
• Four consecutive hours per day
• This normally means evening or overnight hours in the Philippines, depending on the assigned U.S. territory
Your responsibilities:
• Make 200 calls per day during your four-hour calling shift (50 calls per hour), both during the live trial and regular work
• Speak naturally and confidently with wedding photographers and studio owners
• Explain EditValue clearly and offer one complimentary wedding reel
• Ask useful questions, identify decision-makers, and follow up with interested studios
• Accurately record dispositions and notes in the CRM
• The key outcome is getting an interested wedding studio to send footage for its complimentary reel
Compensation after successfully completing the live trial:
• $480/month guaranteed base
• $20 for every qualified wedding studio that submits wedding footage
• Unlimited commissions
Your clear path into the role:
Initial application screening - Submit the short mock-call voice audition below, followed by the unpaid SDR scenario test if invited. This screening is separate from the five paid bootcamp stages.
1. SDR101 - Knowledge ($2): Learn EditValue’s service, the complimentary-reel offer, listening, and objection handling.
2. SDR102 - Voice Readiness ($5): Practice clear, warm, assured delivery and receive coaching through simulated conversations.
3. SDR103 - Call Training ($10): Complete and submit all 25 training calls, applying the feedback after each call.
4. SDR104 - Validation ($5): Complete a fresh assessment to demonstrate what you learned and how your performance improved.
5. SDR105 - One-Day Live Trial ($10): After approval and scheduling, use our dialer, CRM, and leads for a supervised live calling trial.
The five stages offer $32 in total. Stage completion, verification, and qualification are reviewed separately; payment is not automatic. We provide the applicable completion and payment-request instructions at each stage. Advancement requires meeting that stage’s requirements.
Longer-term opportunity - Strong performers may advance to further evaluation and ongoing employment.
Payments during the assessment process are made through PayPal, so you must be able to receive PayPal payments.
Who will do well:
• Excellent spoken English and clear pronunciation
• Confidence speaking with U.S. business owners
• Previous B2B, SDR, appointment-setting, or cold-calling experience is preferred
• Coachable, reliable, and willing to apply feedback quickly
• Comfortable working the stated U.S. hours

How to apply:
Send a 15-25 second voice recording.
Imagine Amanda, a wedding photography studio owner, just answered your call.
Deliver this opening like a skilled actor making the conversation feel real - with confidence, warmth, and clarity:
“Hi Amanda, I’m [Your name]. I help wedding studios catch up on editing. Do you need a hand with your highlight films or wedding reels?”
Smile as you speak. Sound assured and conversational, then end the recording.
While you record, make sure to avoid a dry reading, rushed words, a hesitant tone, or speaking too softly.
Perform the opening - not a self-introduction about your background.
Applications without a recording will not be considered.
