JOB OVERVIEW

Maid 4 Janitorial is hiring a confident B2B Cold Calling and Appointment Setter to contact St. Louis businesses and schedule facility cleaning walkthroughs with Ella.

This position requires 80–100 outbound calls per day using OpenPhone during U.S. Central Time business hours.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Make 80–100 outbound B2B calls per day.
* Speak with office managers, facility managers, property managers, and other decision-makers.
* Navigate gatekeepers and identify the person responsible for cleaning vendor decisions.
* Handle common objections without ending the conversation too quickly.
* Schedule firm dates and times for on-site facility walkthroughs with Ella.
* When a walkthrough cannot be scheduled, collect the decision-maker’s full name, direct email, job title, contract renewal date, and permission to follow up.
* Document every call outcome and follow-up accurately in Fieldd CRM or the assigned tracking system.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Previous U.S. B2B cold-calling or appointment-setting experience.
* Proven ability to complete high daily call volumes.
* Clear, confident, professional, and natural phone communication.
* Strong objection-handling and gatekeeper-navigation skills.
* Experience using CRM systems such as Fieldd, Salesforce, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel.
* Comfortable working during U.S. Central Time business hours.
* Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, backup internet, and backup power.
