JOB OVERVIEW

IHN Digital is a US-based web design studio. We build professional
websites for small trade and home-service businesses across the
United States — roofers, plumbers, HVAC, landscapers, electricians,
painters, concrete, fencing, remodeling, and similar. Many of these
business owners have no website at all, so we help them get found on
Google and turn phone calls into booked jobs.

We need a part-time appointment setter to cold call US small business
owners, pitch a quick conversation about getting them a website, and
book them on our calendar.

COMPENSATION
===========================================
- $6/hour base, paid weekly
- $30 bonus for every qualified meeting that shows up
- Realistic monthly earnings: $550 to $700 for 20 hours per week
- This is a long-term role. We want the same person for 12+ months.

SCHEDULE
===========================================
- 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday (20 hours per week total)
- Call US small business owners during their local business hours
(Eastern, Central, or Pacific time) — this means a night shift in
the Philippines
- Only apply if you are okay with a night schedule

- Make outbound cold calls to US business owners from our lead list
- Use our script and objection handling guide (we provide both)
- Log every call outcome in our Google Sheet
- Book qualified decision-makers on our calendar
- Join a short weekly call with me to review recordings and improve

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Proven US-market B2B cold calling experience (minimum 6 months)
- Clear, confident, professional English with minimal accent
(this is non-negotiable)
- Reliable fiber or fast internet (speed test will be required)
- Quiet home workspace, no background noise
- Your own laptop and USB headset
- Professional attitude — you will represent IHN Digital
