Part-Time B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Remote – Philippines | $5–$6 USD/hour | Part Time

Essential Green Cleaning is a family-owned commercial cleaning company serving Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio. We’re looking for an experienced B2B caller to help us connect with local businesses and grow through genuine conversations.

You’ll work directly with Blake, the owner, to introduce EGC, identify potential cleaning needs, and arrange qualified callbacks or walkthroughs. Blake handles site visits, pricing, proposals, and closing.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a phone-focused position involving outbound calls to U.S. businesses, including offices, medical clinics, banks, and dealerships.

We want someone who sounds warm, confident, and natural; listens carefully; and knows when to ask a useful question or respectfully end a call. Our reputation matters, and every conversation should leave a professional impression.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound B2B calls using provided prospect lists and calling tools.
• Identify the person responsible for janitorial services.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand the business’s current cleaning situation.
• Recognize genuine interest and arrange a callback or walkthrough with Blake.
• Follow up at agreed times and keep accurate records.
• Select the correct call outcome and write short, useful notes.
• Add meaningful prospects to HubSpot and hand off real opportunities.
• Accurately flag wrong numbers, unsuitable prospects, and do-not-call requests.
• Communicate progress, questions, and issues clearly.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous B2B cold-calling or appointment-setting experience, preferably with U.S. businesses.
• Excellent spoken English that is easy to understand.
• Clear written communication.
• A natural conversational style and strong listening skills.
• Confidence speaking with receptionists and decision-makers.
• Good judgment about when to follow up and when to stop.
• Reliable attendance, accurate notes, and consistent follow-through.
• Willingness to receive feedback and apply it.
• A quiet workspace, reliable internet, a computer, and a quality headset.
• Consistent availability during agreed U.S. Eastern business hours.

HubSpot, JustCall, and commercial cleaning experience are helpful but not required. Strong B2B calling skills and a willingness to learn our process matter most.

SCHEDULE AND PAY

This is a remote, part-time opportunity with the goal of a long-term working relationship.

Pay is $5–$6 USD per hour, depending on relevant B2B calling experience and demonstrated communication skills. All training and trial hours are paid at your agreed rate.

Calls will take place during U.S. Eastern business hours. We will agree on consistent weekly hours and a schedule before work begins. Please include your availability in U.S. Eastern Time when applying.

• Training on EGC’s services, calling approach, and expectations.
• Prospect lists and access to the required calling and CRM tools.
• Direct communication with the owner.
• Feedback and coaching to help you succeed.

HIRING PROCESS

We’ll review applications first. Shortlisted applicants will receive a brief questionnaire and a request for a 60–90-second voice recording through OnlineJobs.ph.

Selected candidates will then be invited to a Zoom interview that includes a live call role-play.

Finalists may be invited to a five-business-day paid trial totaling approximately 10–15 hours at the agreed hourly rate. The trial includes training, practice, and live calls with feedback. We evaluate communication, judgment, notes, reliability, and improvement—not just appointment totals. The trial does not guarantee an ongoing position.
