JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a US-based employee health & benefits advisor. I help mid-size companies (100–500 employees) get better group health insurance and benefits programs. I'm hiring ONE reliable, English-fluent appointment setter to cold call HR Directors, CFOs, and Controllers at US companies and book 15–20 minute introductory phone meetings on my calendar.

This is NOT a sales job. You are not selling insurance. You are booking a meeting for me. I close the business — your job is to get me in the door.

What you'll do:

Call from a lead list I provide (company name, contact name, title, direct phone). You do NOT need to build lists or find leads.
Navigate gatekeepers to reach HR Directors and CFOs
Book qualified appointments directly into my calendar (Calendly)
Log every call outcome in a simple tracking sheet
Give me a brief end-of-shift summary (5 minutes)

Schedule:

6–10 hours per week to start, split across 3–4 days
Calls must happen during US business hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Arizona time (MST), which is roughly 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM Philippine time — this is a NIGHT SHIFT role. Please only apply if you genuinely work night shift already or can commit to it.
Long-term: if you consistently book appointments, hours grow to 15–20+/week and the per-appointment bonus increases.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident phone voice (this is the #1 requirement)
At least 1 year of B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience for US clients (insurance, financial services, or HR/payroll industry experience is a big plus)
Comfortable talking to senior people (HR Directors, CFOs) without getting flustered
Quiet home office, reliable fiber internet (at least 25 Mbps), backup internet/power plan, and a good USB headset
Experience with any dialer or softphone (I provide the dialer and phone number — you just need to be comfortable using one)
Reliable and coachable. I'd rather have someone honest about a slow week than someone who pads numbers.

What I provide:

Lead lists with decision-maker names and phone numbers
Call script, objection responses, and voicemail script
US phone number and dialer (no cost to you)
Training on what employee benefits brokers do (takes about an hour — it's simpler than it sounds)
Weekly pay via Wise, never delayed
