Type: Part-Time Contractor (20 hours/week to start)
Compensation: $350–$600 USD/month (part-time, based on experience)
Full-Time Conversion: After 60–90 days based on performance

We’re looking for a part-time Automation Specialist who is excited to grow into a full-time role with us!

About the Role:
You’ll set up and maintain automation systems connecting platforms like GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make (Integromat), ElevenLabs, Synthflow, Meta Ads API, Google Ads, and more.
You'll help build smooth workflows that make sales, marketing, and client onboarding run automatically behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain automations inside GoHighLevel (workflows, triggers, CRM updates)

Connect platforms via Zapier, Make (Integromat), APIs, and webhooks

Set up AI voice agents for lead qualification and appointment setting

Implement Facebook and Google Ads tracking (Pixel, Conversion API, GA4)

Troubleshoot, QA, and optimize automations

Collaborate with our media buyers, sales closers, and onboarding team

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make (Integromat) automation

Familiarity with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager tracking setups

Experience with API and webhook integration

Strong written English (for documenting workflows)

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver

Stable internet (at least 25 Mbps) and backup power plan

Availability for part-time work now with ability to scale up to full-time soon

Bonus if you have experience with:
ElevenLabs, Synthflow, AI voice agents, chatbot setup, or ----------
